Your satisfaction is our priority! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your products of any issues. We will work with you to resolve any problems you may have.

I try to keep all products in stock but, there are times I may need to make an item to fill orders. If this happens be assured replenishing that product is my top priority and your order will be shipped within 3-5 days. That being said...due to the Covid-19 crisis sometimes my ingredients and preferred packaging is not available, in this situation I will notify you of an expected arrival date or make arrangements for a refund.
