Mountain Valley Herbals' mission is to empower our customers to take an active roll in their health and wellness through education and knowledge.
Our Story
Hi! I'm Ann Denison. I live in Montrose, Colorado along with my husband, 2 dogs, 3 cats, 4 turkeys, and way too many chickens. I was born and raised in Western Colorado and can not picture myself living anywhere else.

I love spending time outdoors, both in the mountains and the desert around our home. For the past 20 or so years I have developed a passion of exploring and learning about the many edible and medicinal plants that are native to our area. I also have a strong desire to help people and the two fit perfectly into the field of bio-regional herbalism, the practice of using local plants and other resources to make herbal medicine. I enjoy spending my time wildcrafting herbs and making unique and potent herbal preparations. I like teaching people how to use these products to improve their health and wellness.
